Spicy Adobo Chicken

Tangy  and  Delicious!

Every bite of this spicy adobo chicken is coated with tangy sauce.


- Chicken thigh meat - Soy sauce - Vinegar - Garlic - Bay leaves - Chili pepper - Ground black pepper

Savory Ingredients

Marinate the chicken in the marinade ingredients for at least 5 hours, up to overnight.

After marinating overnight, over medium heat, brown the chicken in cooking oil for 5 minutes on each side.

Brown the chicken

Pour in the reserved marinade and cook chicken for 30 minutes, allowing sauce to thicken.

Add in reserved marinade


Spoon over hot rice

Serve a heaping pile of spicy adobo chicken over freshly steamed white rice.

Sprinkle some spicy chili peppers on top.
