A Pregnancy Soup Made From Fresh & Simple Ingredients!

Rinse the vegetables well and then dice all vegetables: peppers, celery, onion, and carrot.  Rinse the lentils.

Start by sautéing the peppers, onions, and celery ONLY. We will add the lentils and carrots later! Stir for 2 minutes.

Add in the broth and blend everything carefully, using an immersion blender. This forms the creamy base for the lentil soup!

Once the red peppers, celery, and onions are blended, pour in the rinsed lentils.  Also add in the diced carrots. Simmer for 10 minutes.
