Ingredients 
 

  • 2 medium, ripe avocados
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Thoroughly rinse the avocados and lime under cold water.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped red onion, ripe avocado flesh, fresh lime juice, and granulated garlic powder.
  • Use a dinner fork to roughly mash the ingredients together. Do not overmix, mash until just combined.
  • Taste the guacamole and add both sea salt and freshly ground black pepper as needed.
  • Spoon the guacamole into a serving dish and serve immediately!
