Ingredients 
 

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup frozen, sliced strawberries
  • 1 frozen, sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup pasteurized greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 1% milk
  • 1 date
  • chia seeds, toasted almonds, toasted coconut, freshly sliced fruit optional

Instructions 

  • Place frozen fruit in blender.
  • Add the reduced fat milk, greek yogurt, and date.
  • Process ingredients in the blender until well incorporated and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Carefully divide the smoothie between two glasses, top with optional toppings, and serve immediately. So good and refreshing!
