Salmon Congee Soup

Warming and Flavorful!

A savory rice stew, packed with healthful salmon!

- Cooked white rice - Fresh salmon, cubed - Ginger - Garlic - Green onions - Ground black pepper - Fresh lemon

Delicious Ingredients

In a large pot, sauté the sliced ginger, minced green onion, and crushed garlic cloves in a bit of olive oil.

Sautee aromatics

Add in chicken stock and rice. Cover and allow to simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. The rice will break down into a creamy porridge. Add in the salmon and allow to cook for 5 additional minutes.

Add remaining ingredients

Serve individual bowls of salmon congee with optional soy sauce, chili oil, scallions, lemon wedges, and sesame oil! Delicious!
